On January 30, 2024, WPXI-TV Pittsburgh aired a story about When Panic Attacks as part of their “Breaking the Stigma” series. They filmed a performance of the show at Shaler Area Middle School and spoke with our board chair Amber Fantini, our tour actor Trevor Buda, and teacher Mr. Hellinger. Check out the coverage here!
Saltworks has a New Show about Anxiety that premiered in 2023
In February 2023, we premiered our new show for middle and high school audiences called When Panic Attacks, written by Tom Long and directed by Kurt Stridinger. The show addresses the issues of anxiety, negative body image, and an unhealthy preoccupation with social media through the lives of four students and how they reached out for help. It is available for middle and high school audiences!
New Show, Wellness Warriors, continues to thrill young audiences
Written by our dynamic directing duo Devin Marshall and Kurt Stridinger, Wellness Warriors provides elementary students with the power to identify and tackle issues related to their physical and mental health.
